Welcome to the NarWalter Project!
What is NarWalter you ask? It is an undertaking to learn Social Media, coding and modern, active media and outreach marketing. The plan is to start from no knowledge, as that is exactly where I am. Absolute SCRATCH! I know nothing of social media other than the one or two Facebook posts. I cant tell if twitter is really important outside of celeb gossip or just 140 parts of bird dropping. Either way, I aim to find out.
The NarWalter Project is intended to document the entire learning and growth process. To show my mistakes, and (hopefully) solicit input from those around me. But mostly to grow for the sake of growing!
I have a full time job that I love. So I am not looking for future employment in these areas. I am looking into an area that frankly, I am surprised to find I am extremely interested in.
For the next few day, I am finishing up getting my social media accounts together. I will be setting up the proper emails emails, etc and securing the basics of basics for any physical equipment I may need to get going. I will also be listing out an attack plan once I get around to looking into what I should be doing or paths to move forward.
Please join me in the journey. I have no doubt it will be great fun. Lots of ups and downs to come, pass and fail, and I am excited for all of it. Hope you are too!
